Keith Brown brings over 25 years of compliance expertise, with a career spanning diverse sectors including AgriTech, FemTech, DeepTech, and HealthTech. His experience ranges from supporting Clinical Professors at Cambridge University to engaging with startups, ensuring they meet rigorous compliance and safety standards. Currently pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Wolverhampton, Keith also serves as a faculty representative at the Innovation Forum. Keith’s deep knowledge in electrical safety training, assessments, and technical support further solidifies his commitment to excellence. He is an esteemed member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (TechIOSH). Keith holds distinguished qualifications from Cambridge Judge Business School and the University of Wolverhampton, underscoring his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

Justyna holds a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a First-Class BA (Hons) Degree in Management from Lancaster University. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Psychology at the University of Wolverhampton and is a certified Mental Health First Aider. Beyond her professional commitments, Justyna is actively involved in community volunteering and holds managerial roles in youth athletics leagues.
